Chongqing Yingtianhui Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co., Ltd. is located at No. 2 Huabei Road, Chongqing Changshou Economic and Technological Development Zone. It was founded in May 2004. The company covers an area of 500 acres and has a registered capital of 348 million yuan. After seven asset reorganizations and equity changes, the company is now Chongqing Tianyuan Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (49%), Chongqing Jiangbei Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd. (48%), Chongqing Haoran Holding Group Co., Ltd. (3%); A mixed-ownership enterprise. Is a collection of chlor-alkali production and management, research and development of new materials in one of the professional, science and technology integrated enterprise.
There are more than 300 employees on the job, of which 60% have college education or above, and 30% have professional and technical personnel. Geographical environment:
The company is about 80 kilometers away from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, about 12 kilometers away from Changshou City, and close to Yu-Chang Expressway and Yu-Huai and Yu-Li railway lines to the south, so the traffic is very convenient.

Production line and capacity:
In September 2009, the first phase of 200000 tons/year ionic membrane alkali project was completed and put into operation;
In November 2012, the 30000 tons/year trichloroethylene project was completed and put into operation;
In April 2014, it signed a 15-year supply contract with BASF of Germany, one of the world's top 500 companies, for the supply of products (liquid chlorine and caustic soda), and the MDI supporting and plant expansion project was completed and put into operation in August 2015;
In September 2017, the first phase of 10000 tons of polyphenylene sulfide production plant was completed and put into operation.
At present, the company has a production scale of 180000 tons/year ionic membrane liquid alkali, 150000 tons/year liquid chlorine, 30000 tons/year high purity hydrochloric acid, 30000 tons/year trichloroethylene and 10000 tons/year polyphenylene sulfide.

Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) is recognized as one of the six major special engineering plastics and eight major aerospace materials. It is a new type of material strongly supported by the state, and a new process of polyphenylene sulfide with independent intellectual property rights has been developed, which has reached the international advanced level.
