On October 15, Li Liangbin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Chemical Medical Group, led the team to supervise and inspect the implementation of the Party building work carried out by Yingtianhui. The inspection mainly focuses on inspection and rectification, party history study and education, cadre selection and appointment, promoting the integration of party leadership into corporate governance, information disclosure, board construction, and marketization of professional managers.
This supervision and inspection is a thorough investigation of the development of Yingtianhui's party building work, and further implements Yingtianhui's requirements for comprehensive and strict governance of the party, compacts the responsibility of managing the party, implements the key tasks of the three-year reform of state-owned enterprises, and carries out the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the national party building work conference of state-owned enterprises to "look back" for a comprehensive understanding.
In order to further solve the practical problems of the enterprise, the supervision and inspection team conducted in-depth investigation and discussion on the problems put forward by Yingtianhui, such as the construction of the talent team, the professional training of party building discipline inspection personnel, and the improvement of the enterprise industrial chain, and carried out analysis and judgment, and put forward the next solution measures.
Li Liangbin affirmed Yingtianhui's achievements in party building as a mixed-ownership enterprise.
