Work together to complete filling review

Production is steadily and continuously advancing, and technical specifications are becoming more and more perfect. Our company's liquid chlorine filling license and hydrogen filling license will expire in July this year. According to the "Special Equipment Production and Filling Unit Licensing Rules", enterprises engaged in filling activities should apply for replacement six months before the expiration of the license. As early as January this year, our department submitted relevant applications and materials on the special equipment platform and passed the acceptance. Due to the epidemic situation, the review was postponed and finally the filling review of mobile pressure vessels was completed on May 26, providing substantial guarantee for future rectification, review and replacement.
In order to smoothly handle the replacement of the filling license and implement the legal procedures for production and operation, we have been communicating with relevant experts of the Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute for several months, conducting self-examination from the filling site, personnel certificates and equipment information, and organizing personnel to carry out detailed investigation and sorting at the filling post. Archives, Safety and Environmental Protection Department, R & D Center and Human Resources Department cooperate to consult data and improve information, to supplement the imperfect data; communicate with chlor-alkali plant daily management, emergency disposal facilities, communication process, etc., to make full preparation for the data requirements in the early stage of review.
On May 26, Minister Zhu and his party went to Yingtianhui for on-the-spot examination. Accompanied by the leaders of the Market Supervision Bureau, they were warmly received by General Manager Deng, General Manager Duan, relevant personnel of the production and operation department and chlor-alkali workshop. They accepted experts' examination of planning, land use permit, safety assessment, environmental assessment, fire fighting, on-site filling specifications, etc. Experts also focused on the examination and confirmation of personnel qualification certificates, labor protection and insurance, after one day's review, 17 rectification requirements have been put forward for our company's resource conditions, quality system and safety technical capability. After listening to the rectification suggestions put forward by experts, our company will carry out corresponding rectification in the future, laying a stable foundation for the review and license handling in November.
