Orderly acquisition of aluminum trichloride and acetylene filled assets
According to Yingtianhui's "one enterprise, one policy" reform work ledger and in combination with Yingtianhui's actual operation and management, Yingtianhui decided to start the asset acquisition work of "20000 tons/year new anhydrous aluminum trichloride catalytic material project" and "600000 bottles/year acetylene filling station project (phase I 300000 bottles/year)" in January 2022. During the period from January to April 2022, it communicated with the project units of both parties to negotiate the acquisition related work, in early April, Yingtianhui and Chongqing Haohong Industrial Co., Ltd.-aluminum trichloride project, Shifang City Shengxiang Chemical Co., Ltd.-acetylene filling project signed a letter of intent to start the acquisition work. On April 13, the three parties jointly held a confirmation meeting for inviting bidding units. Among the 14 Chongqing evaluation institutions in the central enterprise alternative database, 5 asset evaluation inviting bidding units were determined by drawing lots. On April 15, Yingtianhui led the service procurement process of asset evaluation institutions. On April 20, a service procurement negotiation working group was established and "competitive negotiation invitation letter" and "competitive negotiation document" were sent to 5 negotiation objects ", waiting for the negotiation object to return the bid information, it is expected to open the bid on April 25, and the negotiation working group will organize and implement the telephone negotiation and determine the final asset evaluation unit.
According to the asset appraisal report, Yingtianhui can further understand the production technology and market information of aluminum trichloride project and acetylene filling project, and explore the feasibility and possibility of acquisition. If the acquisition conditions are established, it is expected that an asset acquisition agreement will be signed before June, and two new production units will be introduced in the operation to further expand Yingtianhui's industrial chain, and new products such as aluminum trichloride and acetylene gas market will be added, which can increase operating income. In management, the problem of suspected private enterprise affiliation of cooperative business projects can be completely solved and enterprise reform can be promoted.
